Message	Sounds like it is, Ive had similar problems in the past ( I even went with the skyline rotors etc which helped but did not quire the problem). In my case it was a biasing problem, the bias valve (proportioning valve) is in the master cylinder (on side side), I replaced my master cylinder with a known good second hand one, and it was a big improvement and its been fine since.
